How to delete your account (in-app)

1. Open the Mini Colorbench app on your Android device.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm by typing DELETE in the confirmation dialog.
6. Tap Delete my account.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes:

• Your sign-in record (Google or Apple identity).
• Your Mini Colorbench profile (display name, avatar URL).
• All local data on this device (owned paints, projects, view history, settings).
• Future account-linked data — upcoming community features (competition entries, photo uploads, votes, comments) will all cascade-delete on account deletion.

What does NOT get deleted

• Anonymous telemetry rows (if you opted into community stats) — these are tied to a device-pseudonymous install-id hash that is separate from your account. The install-id is regenerated after account deletion, so future telemetry from the same device contributes to a fresh anonymous identity.
• Anonymous feedback you submitted before signing in — same reasoning.

If you also want anonymous data deleted, email support (below) with the install-id hash (visible at Settings → Clear all local data → show install id hash before you delete the account).

If you can no longer access the app

Email support@pixel-paladin.de with the subject Account deletion request. Include the email address you used to sign in with Google or Apple. We will delete the account within 30 days.

Data retention

We do not retain backups of your account beyond standard Supabase nightly snapshots, which roll off after 7 days. After 7 days from deletion, no record of your account exists in our systems.
